All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless for Cash on Delivery shipments. 

5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Delivery times may vary based on location and other factors. Shipping details and tracking information will be provided via email upon dispatch.

6. Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 15-day hassle-free return or exchange policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. For return related queries; please refer to our FAQ’s for details.

7. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting our customer service team at reach@hoipolloilifestyle.com. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and the standard return process will apply.

We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, returned in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment.

8. Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on our site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hoi Polloi or its content suppliers and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. User Conduct

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka as well as Mumbai, Maharashtra.
