Return and Refund Policy
We offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy within 7 to 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, returned in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting our customer service team at reach@hoipolloilifestyle.com. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and the standard return process will apply.

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment.
