DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We process, pack, and ship all domestic orders within 24 hours of purchase and payment confirmation.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within India.
Orders typically take 3-5 business days for delivery once shipped.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email and WhatsApp notification once your order has been placed. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
All orders ship from Mumbai and Bangalore, India
Shipping delays may occur during special releases, major holidays, or markdown periods.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Hoi Polloi offers standard worldwide shipping. Delivery duties and fees depend on the shipping location. For any questions regarding international shipping, please reach out to reach@hoipolloilifestyle.com.

All international orders will be shipped via FedEx, DHL Express, UPS, or Aramex.
Please allow 48 hours from purchase and payment confirmation for processing and packing.
Orders generally take up to 15 business days for delivery, depending on local customs clearance.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

LOST PACKAGES:
Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Hoi Polloi is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items—all risks are assumed by the courier.
